Its aim is to help bring people closer to the awareness that we are part of the whole, that we are all interconnected among ourselves and to the whole world, and that it’s important for us to develop a sense of oneness, awe for nature, and embracing the world’s diversity with empathy and kindness. Each workshop is different, depending on the setting and the group, and each can have some of the following sample activities: a ‘nature walk’, a journey with their senses, experiencing a more in-depth reality of the surroundings; humming with the wind; tiptoe dance with the ants; blindfolded tree hugs; name echo song; finding the broken rainbow; quest for opposites; etc. The workshop ends with making a small ceremony of Gratitude.
