Maisa is a happy team member of the Pachamama Alliance, and is responsible for supporting and creating Pachamama Alliance Communities around the world. Maisa has travelled through the Americas, Europe, Oceania, and Asia sharing the programs of the organization.

Born and raised in Lima, Perú, Maisa holds a degree in Journalism and Social Communication.

Maisa comes from a family dedicated to social change and equality. Influenced by her family’s vision, she came to discover her true passion while working in the nonprofit field and with children for 10 years in San Francisco, California. During that time, it became evident to her that the younger generation needed and deserved a just world; the world that her own parents envisioned for all.–
